You will be coached in:

  • Assessing market and world trends that might affect your business
  • Reviewing your playbook, engagement strategies, and dashboard performance and modifying them as needed
  • Undertaking a brainstorming exercise to identify new actions and initiatives to take on in the new year
  • Selecting new initiatives, measures and targets for the new year

You will (1) view two webinar and complete related study guides, (2) update your Playbook, Engagement Strategy Worksheets, and Dashboard, and (3) complete the Initiative Contribution Matrix.  The number of coaching sessions will depend upon your level of involvement in the process.
