Description

In Performance Management, the focus is on supporting the organization in implementing the initiatives selected in the Introductory Program and in managing performance of the organization’s Dashboard measures.  

You will be coached to:

  • Support the development of tasks, resources, accountabilities, measures and timeframes for each of the initiatives undertaken.
  • Set up tracking systems for all dashboard measures.
  • Review Dashboard performance and adjust your Playbook and engagement strategy worksheets as needed on a monthly basis.

You will complete one webinar and related study guide, complete an online initiative action plan worksheet for each initiative, and update your dashboard based on initiative objectives. The number of coaching sessions will depend upon level of involvement in the process.
